getSunriseOffsetByDegreesBelowHorizon

fun getSunriseOffsetByDegreesBelowHorizon(degrees: Double): Instant?

The time the sun is degrees below (negative: above) the apparent horizon of sea level sunrise, rather than the geometric one that getSunriseOffsetByDegrees measures from: the calculator's horizon, with its refraction and solar radius, is the zero. Some luchot give their degree-based zmanim this way, e.g. עתים לבינה's "72 במעלות".

Return

null where the sun never gets there. See detailed explanation on top of the page.
